Ed has a lifelong passion for the study of the mind, body and spirit connection. He overcame severe childhood asthma and allergy by learning breathing techniques and lifting weights to expand his breath capacity. He transformed himself from the last kid picked to an exceptional multi-sport athlete.His Yoga training consisted of Philosophy, History, Anatomy and The Psychology of Yoga. Ed brings all of his studies and life experience to give Ed-Vice and Ed-Ucate and a few Dad jokes to people of all shapes, ages and abilities.
