I have been teaching yoga since 2012. Yoga provides me the perfect medium for sharing the knowledge I gained since finishing my PhD in Psychology at UC Riverside in 2011. My studies focused on mindfulness and its health benefits which I am passionate to share through teaching yoga. My classes use movement, strength, and breath work to help students be more present, practice a non-judgmental attitude, and find an internal stillness. A sense of gratitude is cultivated in my classes that can create long-lasting effects in both the physical and mental bodies. In my spare time, I love to snowboard, stand up paddleboard, hike, travel, and practice yoga with my 4, 7, and 10 year olds. I trained at Yogaworks under Randy Stevens Allard and am currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Experienced Yoga Teacher.
