This is a difficult class, with students being led through rigorous sequences to push their physical and mental boundaries. You will use your balance, flexibility and strength to stay focused on keeping your movement and breath connected while flowing through challenging asanas. This class requires a strong knowledge of yoga and is recommended for students who practice at least two to three times a week.
