Amee Patel


Amee has been practicing various styles of yoga on and off since her teen years. Being firmly grounded in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow is what has kept her rooted to her practice and leads her to share her passion with others. What started as a physical practice has transformed into a holistic connection between her mind, body and soul.

Amee completed her 300hr certification through YogaWorks and is E-RYT200hr through Cloud Nine Yoga. She continues to be inspired by her love of philosophy and alignment and combines both of these passions into a dynamic yet creative flow for her students. Although her classes reflect energy and strength, she balances these by creating a calm yet fun atmosphere...allowing students to enjoy a playful time on their mats. Amee’s hope is to inspire her students on their individual journey...both on and off the mat.
