This is a strenuous class with students being led through thoughtful sequences to challenge and expand their practice. While keeping movement and breath connected, you will be introduced to fuller backbends, arm balances and inversions. This class requires focus, strength and agility, and is good for students who have a strong foundation and practice at least twice a week.
